Veterinary CSR

EveryPet, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role is based at our state-of-the-art, low-cost, high-quality veterinary clinic, where we serve thousands of clients and pets each year.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing financial transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Handle a high volume of appointments and walk-in inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage client records accurately
• Process payments, manage financing options, and handle cash transactions
• Support clients during check-in and check-out with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records, including those related to the charitable care fund
• Work collaboratively with veterinary and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Represent EveryPet's mission and values in all client interactions
• Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills
• Support a compassionate and respectful environment for both clients and staff
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Must be available to work rotating weekends as part of the full-time schedule
