Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility
  • Assist with general upkeep, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs
  • Provide transportation services for residents to appointments, outings, and errands
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation in accordance with scheduled needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to meet community needs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
