Job Title: Massage Therapist

As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through expert therapeutic techniques. Your hands-on skills and compassionate approach will help individuals relieve stress, manage pain, and improve their overall health. What you'll do

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
  • Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific concerns.
  • Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment plans and enhance client outcomes.
  • Educate clients on pain management strategies and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to support occupational health initiatives as needed.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Basic qualifications

  • Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a med spa environment or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in patient service and assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with pain management strategies.
