Pay Range: $112,900 - $135,500 annually

Job Summary

The SAP Functional Lead serves as a subject matter expert in SAP systems, supporting internal teams, business partners, and stakeholders. This rolefocuses on functional leadership and mentorship, not direct people management. The ideal candidate will guide SAP-related processes and solutionsacross departments and throughout the system lifecycle.

Essential Functions
  • Lead SAP ERP implementation and maintenance eff orts
  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external consultants to defi ne requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide functional expertise in SAP MM, PP, or WM Modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP ERP issues
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Support testing phases and ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Contribute to architectural documentation and process innovation initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions (Continued)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of SAP ERP consulting and operations experience
  • Intermediate experience in SAP MM, PP, or WM
  • Experience with SAP Best Practices and implementation methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
  • SAP S/4HANA migration experience
  • Familiarity with RISE for SAP and BTP services
  • ABAP debugging or development experience

  • UP to 25%
