Below are the job details:

Pay: $45- $55 per hour ( Dependent on Experience)

Sign on Bonus: up to $25,000.

Licensure: RN license needed.

Responsibilities:

Nurse Manager for rehab unit. Duties include, but are not limited to supporting the medication nurses, do patient assessments, oversee CNA duties, complete admissions and discharges, round with doctors and input orders and labs, complete UDAs, review and follow-up on progress notes, create and update care plans, complete incident investigations, make rounds on the floor, provide education, attend care conferences, and be involved in committees.

  • Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
  • Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shifts' services, programs and activities.
  • Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
  • Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident's total care is maintained.
  • Ensure that all CNA personnel are in compliance with their respective job descriptions.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
  • Updating of the resident's discharge plan as required.
