Job Description
We are seeking several highly motivated Investment Associates to join a fast-growing investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a unique investment platform that includes a core fund-of-funds strategy as well as secondaries and direct investments. You will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and diligencing top-tier investment opportunities, and in building lasting relationships with fund managers and other industry leaders.

You will gain broad exposure to the venture capital ecosystem while working closely with senior team members on high-impact investment decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate exceptional investment opportunities, with a focus on fund-of-funds strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence, including market analysis, competitive research, and financial assessments.

  • Contribute to secondary and direct investment deal flow.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with fund managers, founders, and other key stakeholders.

  • Present clear, data-driven investment recommendations to the team.

  • Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, LP investing, or within early- or growth-stage VC-backed companies.

  • Proven ability to source and assess investment opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-starter with high energy, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
