Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator position, based in Louisville, Colorado, is primarily responsible for the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns, primarily for the strategic key accounts, across various platforms to drive engagement and meet organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with strategic key accounts to develop and execute annual, joint activation plans.
  • Design and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, content, and calendars to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop innovative social media strategies and content calendars to align with industry trends and organizational goals.
  • Create visually compelling ads and infographics for social media, websites, emails, and print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and optimize performance.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts.
  • Research and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • SEO and SEM Support: Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • In coordination with the global brand team, own the editorial calendar and product merchandising.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across different segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including creating emails, writing content, and setting up automated consumer journeys.
  • Use customer data to segment audiences and tailor email content for maximum relevance and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines and content to identify the most effective options and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage CRM datasets and subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy.

Your profile:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university with a concentration in Marketing; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in tennis/sporting goods industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns including graphic design and managing social media accounts is required.
  • Ability and experience managing Email Marketing Operations, including building and implementing email marketing campaigns via an enterprise digital marketing platform and managing and updating CRM databases and subscriber lists is required.
  • Strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications are a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and continued willingness to take initiative a must.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Approximately 25% travel time is required to both international and domestic locations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Targeted Hiring Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annual base salary with bonus potential based on both quantitative and qualitative objectives for total of $84,750 - $96,050 max annual earning potential.
