Rosewood Village Hollymead – Charlottesville, VA

At Rosewood Village Hollymead, the reception desk is the heartbeat of our community — the first smile residents and families see, and the steady calm that keeps the day humming. We're looking for a warm, polished, and reliable Full-Time Receptionist who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment.

If you love greeting people, staying organized, and being the friendly go-to person for residents, visitors, and team members, this role might feel like home.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday through Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)

(Some weekend or evening availability may be requested for community needs)

Pay

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour

(based on experience)

PLUS: Same Day Pay through Dayforce Wallet

What You'll Do

As our Receptionist, you will help keep our community running smoothly by:

  • Greeting residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and kindness
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a prompt, friendly manner
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence
  • Supporting residents with simple requests and questions
  • Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assisting the leadership team with scheduling, communication, and office tasks
  • Ensuring all visitors follow safety and sign-in procedures
  • Offering a calm, reassuring presence during busy times

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with computers, email, and basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous senior living or medical office experience is a plus (not required)
  • A heart for working with older adults and supporting families
