Property Manager – Full-Time

Duluth, MN | $45,000 - $50,000 Annual Salary

Messina Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager with a proven background in property operations, team leadership, and advanced software use. This position requires a professional who communicates at the highest level and can train staff who need support in billing and maintenance coordination processes.

What You'll Do

  • Direct daily operations for a portfolio of residential properties
  • Use property management software (AppFolio or similar) with expert-level computer and technical skills
  • Train underdeveloped team members on billing workflows and maintenance coordination strategies
  • Provide strong people leadership with the ability to coach, correct, and guide staff
  • Communicate clearly with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Handle complex or difficult owner situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on property management experience.
  • Expert computer and software skills (AppFolio or similar platform experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff
  • Exceptional communication skills (10/10 level)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
