Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Jewelry Workshop Manager located in Queens, NY. The Jewelry Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the workshop, including managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines. The role involves maintaining inventory, implementing best practices for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position also requires regular collaboration with other departments to align production with customer and market needs.

Qualifications
