Opportunity Overview:

Communication Specialist position based in Juno Beach, Florida. This is a 1 year contract assignment. (W-2). You will use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency. Familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency. You will report to the onsite Manager. Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Implement integrated marketing plans across digital and print channels, ensuring every campaign launches.
• Manage project plans and deliverables — managing details with and ensuring campaigns stay on track from kickoff to completion
• Partner with internal channel owners and external vendors to ensure coordination and brand execution
• Develop channel-specific content that strengthens messaging, engage audiences, and reflect the brand voice
• Manage campaign plan approval processes, coordinating with team members to secure sign-offs and maintain project momentum
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time, using data and insights to identify opportunities and implement optimizations that improve outcomes
• Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
• Deliver high-quality results
• Help to have a Proficiency in
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools to support marketing operations, content development, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and multi-channel campaign management tools

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $46.00/hr. to $51.00/hr.
