Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data & Reporting Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and reporting solutions that support our business intelligence initiatives. You will work with large datasets and utilize various data technologies to ensure data quality, availability, and accessibility for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using ETL processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights.
  • Ensure data governance and data quality across all reporting solutions.
  • Utilize big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop for processing large datasets.
  • Create data visualizations to communicate findings and insights effectively.
  • Manage and optimize data warehouse solutions to enhance performance and accessibility.
  • Work with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to deploy and manage data solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R.
  • Experience with big data frameworks such as Spark and Hadoop.
  • Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data analytics.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and data governance practices.
  • Proficient in creating data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS and Azure.
