Your Impact
As a Full-stack specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and shaping the technical direction of the team. Building upon your deep expertise in software development, you will lead a cross-functional delivery team, architect solutions, and driving the development of robust software across the entire technology stack. You will mentor and coach team members, ensure best practices are followed, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing design, development, deployment, DevOps, and quality assurance, as well as making strategic technical decisions to solve complex software challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 8+ years of progressive experience developing front-end and orchestration layers using technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS. 5+ years of hands-on experience with front-end UI development frameworks, with a strong preference for Angular. Proven experience in architecting and implementing unit, integration, and functional automation tests. 5+ years of experience in database technologies, including MongoDB, SQL Server, Postgres, and related platforms. Advanced knowledge of information and application security (LDAP, certificates, public key encryption, SSH, access credentials, etc.). Experience in providing production support and leading incident resolution efforts, collaborating with both business and technical teams. Expertise in build automation, CI/CD pipeline integration tools (Jenkins, Atlassian Suite, Git, Artifactory). Strong experience with both relational and non-relational databases. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EKS, Docker, OpenShift). Proven track record working in Agile environments; experience with modern delivery methodologies is a plus. Demonstrated ability to ensure code quality, challenge ideas constructively, and drive efficient, scalable solutions. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set technical direction, define architecture, and make strategic decisions to ensure project success. Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with business goals. Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, and resolve complex technical issues. Champion the use of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Hiring Manager Notes:

• Supporting Multifamily for data prorgam; using Angular, deployments on grade/jenkins
• Should have unit testing experience
• Using MongDB, also Sybase, Sql Server, Oracle
• Deployments on AWS EKS, openshift Docker

• Very hands-on, 90% development, 10% participation with dev lead for other tasks
• 70% backend
• Must be very strong with database exp (writing queries)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; mentor junior members
• No on call support required

Must Have:

• Spring boot, MongoDB, and Java 17 are required.
• Angular is not required but strongly preferred

Nice to Have:

• Preferred- Angular and ex Fannie/Freddie experience working with must have skills.
• AI knowledge is a plus
• Mortgage background is highly preferred
