Role Summary:

The Inventory and Billing Coordinator will handle customer billing and accounts receivable, manage inventory for products like Starlink units, OneWeb, two-way radios, and satphones, and coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure smooth operations.

Role Priorities:

  • Process customer invoices and monitor AR aging reports.
  • Oversee payments and resolve billing disputes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage procurement.
  • Process orders, coordinate shipping and receiving.
  • Work with internal teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare month-end close reconciliations for both inventory and billing.
  • Code shipping expenses to the correct GL accounts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple platforms to support billing, inventory, and logistics functions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications:  Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word
  • Oracle Cloud experience is a plus

Education or Certification required: 

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related experience
