The Advisory Program Management intern supports the coordination and execution of key initiatives across the Compliance Advisory function. This role provides exposure to program governance, project tracking, and cross-domain collaboration supporting regulatory, operational, and strategic compliance priorities.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
* Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
* Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.
* Help maintain project plans, dashboards, and status trackers for advisory initiatives
* Conduct background research on regulatory topics, internal policies, or best practices to support advisory leads.
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, or communications across advisory domains.
* Support preparation of presentation materials for stakeholder meetings, socialization sessions, and strategic planning sessions.
* Prepare a wrap-up presentation to be shared with the division leader and other key stakeholders in the company to outline your accomplishments and experience during the internship

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
* Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program)
* Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program
Preferred Qualifications
* 3.0 minimum GPA
* Strong desire to learn and grow
* Possess a positive attitude, naturally curious and enjoys collaborating with others
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Critical thinking skills
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
* Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly

The hourly pay for this position is generally between $18.70 and $28.60. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
