Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International's growing Capital Advisory Group is seeking to hire an Experienced Analyst with a focus on restructuring and distressed situations. This role involves interacting closely with the firm's senior bankers and clients' senior executives. Our Analysts are heavily involved in every aspect of a restructuring engagement and ultimately, master the ability to execute a deal from start-to-finish. The Analyst serves as the analytical anchor for his/her deal team and is responsible for preparing, completing and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. The Analyst is expected to interpret the results of his/her financial analysis, pose questions and draw conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing financial analyses, complex financial modeling and valuations
• Preparing marketing materials for sale and debt placement components of CAG assignments
• Identifying potential lenders / acquirers / investors / lenders
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
• Supporting the due diligence process with potential investors and existing stakeholders

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: At least 1-3 years' experience in leveraged finance or financial advisory services
• Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
• Excellent finance, accounting and financial modeling and good business acumen;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Degree in finance and/or accounting desirable, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these or related areas.

The salary for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
