Position: Dump Truck Driver – Freightliner 114SD Plus

We are seeking a professional and dependable Dump Truck Driver to operate a Freightliner 114SD Plus. The driver must be able to drive a manual transmission. The driver will haul ready-mix concrete, aggregates, construction debris, and raw materials across job sites in the St. Louis metro area.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $22-$25/hour (determined by experience)
  • Seniority Raises: 5% raise each year for the first 3 years
  • Performance-based raises after year 3
  • Direct deposit

Driver Requirements:

  • CDL Class B (minimum) – Class A preferred if operating with trailer
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate
  • Must be FMCSA-compliant and registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (required by law as of January 6, 2020)
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be screened
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must turn in all load/dump tickets daily
  • Must be a safe driver – No DUIs, no hit-and-runs
  • Must follow all OSHA construction site safety standards
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Must maintain clean, professional appearance and positive communication on job sites

All CDL drivers in the United States must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
