Our client, a leading organization in the IT services industry, is seeking a Training Manager to join their team. As a Training Manager, you will be part of the Training and Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering professional growth, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Prepare outlines and training schedules to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Coordinate in-house trainers and facilitate GETS Talk training sessions.
- Create tracking and status tools to monitor training progress and report on user development.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive training program documentation.
- Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops to support continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Must be someone with experience in developing and delivering technical-based training.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of resources and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of learning management activities for consistent and effective training programs.
- Strong organizational skills, including goal setting, planning, and proactive problem-solving.
- Positive interpersonal skills, including listening, providing direction, and fostering collaboration.
