Great Explorations is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic pre-kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children.

Teaching pre-kindergarten includes planning, implementing, and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Pre-kindergarten teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children. Our innovative preschool is located in a children's museum and follows a creative curriculum. Applicants must be flexible, energetic, team-oriented, outgoing, nurturing, have great written and verbal communication skills, and be willing to learn and implement various teaching methods. We offer low ratios and 2 teachers in every classroom.

Early Explorations Preschool follows PCSB closure schedule regarding holidays and offers teachers paid time off (after 90 days of employment) during fall and winter breaks.

*40 clock hours, VPK Certificate, and CDA is required **MUST have a high school diploma or equivalent.

***MUST be available Monday - Friday between the hours of operation 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (will only work 40 hours per week) Job Type: Full-time, we offer full benefits after 90 days and P.T.O.
