Job Details:

  • Productivity Level: 90%
  • Shift/Schedule: 5x8 Days | 40 hours/week

Requirements:

  • Updated Resume
  • Active California Occupational Therapist Licensed Required
  • AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
  • Covid Vaccine Card Required
  • Professional Reference
