Job Summary: We are seeking mechanically inclined, professional, HVAC Service Technicians to serve our customers with at least 5 years of verifiable experience. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction is required. A successful candidate will participate in continuing education, pass a pre-employment physical and be able to work full-time.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or scheduled service on air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for commercial customers
  • Provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations
  • Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to client
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and plumbing equipment
  • Take after hours on-call duty as part of a company rotation

Skills & Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 10
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable record
  • HVAC Service Tech with Gas License
  • EPA Certified
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • The ability to listen and follow directions
  • Receptive to new ideas and questions
  • Capability of working in all weather conditions & temperatures
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Efficient and organized

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive to service locations
  • Capability of lifting & carrying 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing/walking
  • Often squatting, reaching and working overhead
  • Capacity to climb stairs
  • Work at varying heights while on a ladder
  • Must work in all indoor and outdoor climates

Supplemental Pay:

  • Pay for Performance bonus potential
