Are you a compassionate and resilient professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Direct Support Crisis Specialist to provide support to clients who experience high behaviors, aggression, and frequent dysregulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with mental health and behavioral challenges during times of crisis
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and stability
  • Assist clients with daily living skills and routines
  • Document behaviors, interventions, and progress accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to provide consistent and effective support

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals in crisis or high-behavior situations required
  • Strong skills in de-escalation and crisis intervention
  • Patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive in high-stress situations
  • Additional training will be provided to ensure success in this role
