Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic, people-loving Chiropractic Assistant who's passionate about health and wellness — and skilled in helping others see the value of chiropractic care.

This role blends patient care, education, and sales, and is perfect for someone who already understands chiropractic and knows how to confidently guide patients toward long-term health solutions.

  • Previous chiropractic experience or exposure is REQUIRED.
  • Strong sales and communication skills are a MUST.

You'll play a vital role in helping patients start and commit to their care plans by communicating with empathy, enthusiasm, and conviction. Your understanding of chiropractic care and your ability to present its value clearly will make a direct impact on the lives of our patients — and the growth of our office.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has previous chiropractic experience or firsthand exposure (this is non-negotiable)
  • Possesses proven sales experience and confidence in discussing care and financial plans
  • Is warm, outgoing, and professional in every patient interaction
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    Is organized, reliable, and passionate about personal and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Greet and connect with patients to create a welcoming, positive experience
  • Educate patients about chiropractic care, posture, and wellness
  • Confidently present care packages and process financial agreements
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow efficiently
  • Assist chiropractors during treatments and ensure smooth operations
  • Keep patient files organized and up to date
    Support marketing, events, and outreach to share our message in the community

Requirements

  • Previous chiropractic experience or exposure REQUIRED (as a patient, team member, or in-office experience)
  • Sales or customer service experience REQUIRED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence presenting financial and care recommendations
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Positive, energetic, and coachable attitude
