Summary
A highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant is sought to support multiple business units' financial operations within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution sectors
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage (50/100), QuickBooks, Southware, or similar
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, inventory valuation, and gross margin analysis
  • Ability to manage multi-entity accounting, prepare financial statements, and develop performance dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports, flash reports, and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with AR/AP teams to ensure clean and efficient data flows
  • Perform cost analysis involving BOMs, inventory flows, and production variances
  • Partner with operational teams to align costs and improve margins
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis
  • Develop and implement SOPs, automate reporting processes, and optimize ERP system usage
