Who We're Looking For

We're searching for energetic, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to grow their own book of business inside Easton Motors. Here's what it takes to thrive in this role:

Core Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record that meets insurability standards
  • Availability to Work Saturdays (our busiest day for guests)
  • Minimum Age 21 (for insurance purposes)
  • Authorized to Work in the U.S. full-time

Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (commission-based sales a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable talking with anyone, anywhere
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proven ability (or desire) to generate leads, referrals, and build long-term relationships
  • Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use CRM tools/social media to market yourself and connect with guests
  • Business acumen: confident with numbers, financing basics, and writing clear communication
