We're seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team and help deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience to every guest.

Position Summary

As a Food Runner, you are the vital link between the kitchen and the dining room. You'll ensure that every dish is delivered promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented, upholding the restaurant's high standards of service and hospitality. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

What You'll Do:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

Confirm each plate matches order details and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.

Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and responding to guest requests.

Maintain a clean and organized service station and expo area.

Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

Learn menu items and ingredients to answer basic guest questions and accommodate dietary needs.

- Support the front-of-house and culinary teams during peak dining periods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to move quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be able to lift trays and stand for extended periods.
