We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The Mill Turn Machinist performs all set-up and operational functions of CNC Mill Turn machines required to fabricate medical instruments and implants.

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; work 36 hours get paid for 40

15% shift premium for ALL weekend shift hours worked

What You'll Do:

  • Operate, set-up and maintain CNC mill turn machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets and instructions.
  • Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators etc.
  • Burr removal on all parts where required.
  • Make machine adjustments, tool changes, etc. as required.
  • Interface with Visual Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of CNC turning lathe machines.
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
