, you will oversee a just under 600-room mountainside property featuring a championship golf club, expansive event and banquet venues, and a high-end full-service restaurant. This role requires a seasoned hospitality executive capable of leading large, multi-department teams while driving operational excellence across rooms, food & beverage, golf, events, sales, revenue, and guest experience.
You will set the strategic vision, cultivate a world-class service culture, and build strong relationships with ownership and brand partners. Your expertise in financial performance, complex operations, and luxury-level service standards will ensure the resort delivers exceptional experiences while meeting ambitious business goals. If you bring proven leadership in large-scale, full-service environments—along with a passion for elevated guest service—this is your opportunity to shape one of the most iconic resorts in the valley.
Key Skills/Responsibilities

Education & Experience
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in a large resort, Hilton experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience overseeing large, cross-functional teams across food & beverage, sales, revenue management, and operational departments with strong communication skills, a focus on creating a positive and high-performance culture, and extensive owner-relations experience.
