Jasmine Thai & Sushi Bar is hiring for Front of House positions in our Paducah location. FOH Team members include hosts, expos, servers, and bartenders. We're seeking local, dependable team players who want to grow with us and be part of a positive, supportive work culture. This is not a seasonal or temporary role. We are looking for individuals who want to become part of a consistent, reliable team and care about creating great guest experiences.

Essential Job Duties

Hosts

  • Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using a tablet or host stand system
  • Take to-go and call-in orders accurately
  • Keep front of house areas clean and organized

Servers

  • Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and deliver food/beverages
  • Use Toast POS to handle orders and payments efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
  • Help teammates during rushes and downtime

Expeditors

  • Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers
  • Ensure food accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery
  • Communicate with cooks and FOH to maintain speed and flow
  • Maintain cleanliness in the expo area

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments.
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Availability for evenings and weekends is required
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and stay focused during high-volume shifts
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn new things
  • Server, Host/Hostess, Food Runner, or Food expo experience in a full dining restaurant preferred
  • High Volume
