Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee all phases of assigned projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget through team leadership and coordination.
  • Assists with long range capacity planning.
  • Stays abreast of new construction methods, technical and equipment developments, develop new ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Develops and maintains vendor relationships. Interaction and alignment of objectives, reporting, and activities with all the stakeholders for each project across all Cintas divisions.
  • Works through the Engineering Director for guidance, input, and presentation.

Skills/Qualifications
Required:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

Preferred

  • Technical or Engineering related Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Cintas operations environment
