Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome members with high energy, smiling and professional attitude.
  • Managing reservations, either in person, over the phone or online.
  • Greet members for lunch/dinners and showing them to their respective tables.
  • Provide waiting times to member & guest who are not pre-booked.
  • Create an appropriate atmosphere for members & guests that are waiting to be seated.
  • Providing a point of contact for member & guest feedback and helping to resolve any member & guest issues.
  • Providing personalized service and assistance for large parties of members and guests.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in front of the house area including 3-hours restroom check.
  • Learn food and beverage menus.
  • Create a friendly and hospitable environment for members/guests.
  • Work closely with management, kitchen and waitstaff to ensure adequate communication.
  • Ability to deal with members & guest's requests in a timely and positive manner.
  • Positively greet members & guests warmly regardless of the time of the day.
  • Teamwork skills to help take on tasks outside of their specific job description and help other team members with service etc.
  • Ensure tables are set up properly (Remove place settings if need).
  • Knowledge of club management system and point of Sales system. (Clubessential system).
  • Appropriate attire. (No shorts, sneakers or reveling clothes).
  • Make daily reservation signs.
  • Answer phone in a professional & courteous manner within 2 rings.
  • Communicate with managers/servers when there are any new tables.
  • Ad Hoc duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
