We're working with a growing mid-size law firm in NY that's looking to add a Partner / Senior Attorney to its Commercial and Real Estate Finance practice. The firm is in an exciting stage of expansion – they are forward-thinking, agile, and committed to building out their finance platform – and are looking for an experienced Attorney who wants to help grow this practice.
Our client are seeking a Senior Attorney (7+ years) with a portable book of business, with experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other lenders in BSL, ABL, and commercial real estate loan transactions. Experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, and syndicated lending transactions is highly desirable.
This is a great opportunity for someone who values a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, but still wants the resources and platform to handle sophisticated deals.
