Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure that homes and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Must have a vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, including organizing supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
  • Handle carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
  • Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products, including sanitization methods.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience in housekeeping management is a plus, along with skills in cooking or meal preparation if required by clients.
