About Us:

Sarasota Cleaning is a well-established, professional cleaning service specializing in residential, commercial, vacation rental, and post-construction cleanings. We value reliability, quality, and a positive work culture. We are growing and looking for dedicated subcontractors to join our team.

Job Description:

As a subcontractor cleaner, you will provide cleaning services at client properties while following our detailed checklists and service standards. You'll work independently, with flexible scheduling, but always maintain the high-quality standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform residential, commercial, or vacation rental cleaning
  • Follow checklists and SOPs provided by the company
  • Take before/after photos of completed work
  • Communicate via our scheduling platform (Workiz)
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and client-focused attitude

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work independently and responsibly
  • Ability to follow checklists and company SOPs
  • Experience in cleaning preferred but not mandatory (training provided)
  • Must pass background check and provide proof of insurance if required

  • This is an independent contractor role

  • All jobs are assigned via our scheduling platform to ensure fairness and client protection.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 25 per week
