We are looking for an
In-Person Director of Sales and Marketing
to be the
face
of HomeWell Care Services in our local community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking, and creating meaningful connections that help expand our reach and impact. There is room for growth in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent HomeWell Care Services professionally in the community as the company's primary face-to-face representative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Conduct regular outreach and achieve
a minimum of 40 meaningful contacts per week
with agencies and potential referral sources.
- Attend community events, networking meetings, and professional gatherings to promote company services.
- Traveling frequently within the Sacramento area. A reliable vehicle is required.
- Collaborate with the remote Sales and Marketing team for support in social networking, digital campaigns, lead tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen community engagement and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in
sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach
, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations and building trust.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a healthcare organization.
- Ability to manage time effectively, organize schedules, and document outreach activities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time
during onboarding and training (first 1–3 months), transitioning to
Full-Time
thereafter.
- Competitive pay with a
generous commission structure
(details to be discussed during the final interview with the Director/CEO).
