OVERVIEW:
- ROLE: IT Support Specialist (Azure)
- ROLE TYPE: Direct Hire
- COMPENSATION: Client has indicated they are open to a base salary, depending on experience.
- WORK LOCATION: This position is 100% onsite with a typical week having 2-3 days in the corporate offices (located in the 53212-zip code) and the rest of the days at job sites in the greater Milwaukee area. Candidates would use their personal vehicles for job site trips (travel costs are reimbursed).
- WORK AUTHORIZATION: The client cannot sponsor visa candidates; therefore, work authorizations must be held by U.S. citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), or Visas not based on employer sponsorship (such as visas sponsored by a spouse or relative).

CLIENT/ROLE DETAILS:
Our client is a Wisconsin-based, $850 million-plus, 133-year-old, 5th-generation family-owned construction management firm. They have strategically chosen to host their entire infrastructure in the Cloud (specifically Azure).
This role would be a permanent hire, joining their existing IT team to support their corporate offices and job sites. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience with aspects of the Azure stack - M365, Azure, Entra (AAD, AD nice to have), Virtualization, Exchange, Windows Servers, Windows Desktops, Intune, Autopilot, etc.
The hiring manager values individuals with a proven track record of investing in their careers (certifications, local or online groups, training sessions, etc.).
KEY SKILLS:
- At least an Associate degree in MIS, Computer Science
- 1-3 years of IT technical support or helpdesk experience in an Azure setting
- Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
- M365
- Azure
- User management (Entra, AAD, AD)
- Basic networking skills and the setup of networks and WIFI
- Mobile device hardware and software (iOS, Android)
