Job Description:

The Sr. Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology's Manager, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices, with a particular focus on clinical quality initiatives. Such projects include but are not limited to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program, Chronic Care Management (CCM) reporting, and Value-Based Care (VBC) programs. This role will partner with OneOncology's clinical teams and leverage data assets to deliver high-quality data and insights to our practices.

Responsibilities

  • Performing analyses on large datasets, including EHR, billing, drug, and clinical datasets
  • Collaborating with clinical teams both internally at OneOncology and at its partner practices
  • Building and maintaining data models for use in downstream tools
  • Creating dashboards to provide users with insight into clinical quality initiatives
  • Managing relationships with external vendors leveraging OneOncology's data assets and capabilities
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer

Key Competencies

  • An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in PowerBI; familiarity with / a working knowledge of creating DAX measures and modeling data within PowerBI a plus
  • Familiarity with / a working knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with / a working knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC) programs and CMS initiatives such as the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years relevant work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus
  • Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
