What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and drivers with inquiries and directions related to site access.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support the overall security-related operations of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
