Our client is looking for a Project Lead to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that deliver operational readiness and align with organizational goals. This role involves leading project planning, validating feasibility, managing diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Do:
- Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Align projects with strategic priorities and validate business cases across functions.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Translate user requirements into actionable plans and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, execution strategies, and contractual frameworks.
- Integrate production planning into master schedules and manage downtime effectively.
- Drive operational readiness and ensure compliance with cGMP for successful regulatory approvals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Management (Master's preferred).
- PMP certification and experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- 10+ years in manufacturing or operations within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of cGMP requirements for biologics manufacturing.
- Proven ability in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Data-driven decision-making and advanced problem-solving skills.
