Compensation:
$120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Full Remote - Oklahoma

Sr Data Engineer
to join their team

Join a pioneering organization dedicated to leveraging technology to combat human trafficking. As a Sr Data Engineer, you'll design and maintain data pipelines that support critical information sharing and analysis. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Design data pipelines for cross-platform information sharing
  • Implement de-duplication logic ensuring legal compliance
  • Manage data aggregation for statistical analysis
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on data architecture design
  • Build and maintain ETL processes for diverse end users
  • Lead and mentor junior software engineers
  • Extend best practices for data governance and documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
  • Strong experience in Software Engineering and Event-Driven Design
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Understanding of data privacy practices and compliance requirements
  • Experience with AWS, MongoDB, and Neo4j

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Rust
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects
