We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing and delivering IT projects, ensuring that product goals align with business objectives while maintaining technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Backlog Ownership and Refinement: Own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Technical Product Backlog Management: Lead the product backlog by prioritizing user stories, epics, and technical tasks to meet project goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, business, DevOps, security, and architecture teams to ensure alignment between product goals and technical execution.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and resources are carefully managed to meet business objectives.
- Methodology Expertise: Apply your expertise in Agile, PMP, and RUP methodologies to guide teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement through optimized processes.
- Risk and Problem Management: Proactively identify and address risks, manage changes, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Infrastructure and Cloud Environments: Work with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of applications across all environments.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure applications comply with industry regulations, work with cybersecurity teams to secure them, and maintain audit and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role.
- PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent certification is required.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Agile tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or other equivalent project management software.
- Advanced certifications in Scrum (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) or PMP preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure or software development projects.
- Ability to work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices is a plus.
