Empath Health is seeking a Full-Time Manager of Clinical Education to join our Clinical Education team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, The Manager of Clinical Education manages the day-to-day oversight of clinical education colleagues and clinical education activities for their assigned region. This role collaborates with the Director of Clinical Education to assess, plan, develop, guide, and evaluate clinical education for Empath Health.

- Oversee the administrative and clinical supervision of clinical educators and clinical education.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and serve as a clinical expert to the department and clinical colleagues.
- Lead and/or collaborate in the development, update, or review of clinical education content as directed by the Director of Clinical Education.
- Ensure coordination of clinical education activities in assigned region, including scheduling of programs and classes, assignment of educators, and logistical needs for training activities.
- Ensure collection of accurate metrics related to clinical education programs.
- Utilize research and evidence-based practice to enhance clinical care across the care continuum.
- Design education programs sensitive to multi-level learners and diverse generations, incorporating a broad spectrum of methodologies and technologies to ensure learning effectiveness.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies to improve clinical education processes which result in improved quality, cost, and effectiveness.
- Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by Empath leaders.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or other member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- 2 years training and professional development experience.
- Hospice, home health, and/or home care experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult teaching and learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in educational technology and tools.
