Overview

This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in supporting facility operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Duties

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, facilities, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, including welding repairs and residential painting as needed for facility upkeep.
  • Assist with projects involving facilities maintenance, including upgrades or renovations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within CMMS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance within general residential environments.
  • Mechanical knowledge with experience in welding, residential painting, and general repair work.
  • Electrical experience including troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read technical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints effectively.
  • Experience with CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
