I began my journey with State Farm in 2009, opened my first agency in 2013, and expanded with a second location in 2020. Over the years, I've built a strong team of 17 dedicated professionals across both offices.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jerrad Ragsdell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.


Compensation: $35, $65,000.00 per year

  • Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Cypress, TX & Houston, TX
  • Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.
  • We currently have 17 team members at our agency.
  • We have 95 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
