We are looking for a results-driven Regional Agriculture & Dairy Sales Advisor to help farmers and agri-businesses adopt innovative technologies that improve herd health, productivity, and overall farm performance.

This is an opportunity to combine your agricultural sales expertise with a forward-thinking company bringing technology and data to the heart of farming.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities across dairy and agriculture sectors, including livestock operations, feed suppliers, and agtech distributors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with producers, farm managers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and ag retailersin your territory.
  • Conduct on-farm visits, demonstrations, and training to help customers gain value from our solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, producer meetings, and agricultural conferences.
  • Collect market and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecasts using a disciplined, data-driven approach.
  • Provide post-sale customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agriculture, agtech, animal health, or dairyoperations.
  • Solid understanding of farm management, herd health, livestock production, or precision agriculture technologies.
  • Proven success in territory management, relationship building, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with herd management systems, farm automation, feed and nutrition solutions, or farm data tools.
