Job Description

One of the most luxurious Day Spa's in New Braunfels is interviewing for a new team member to manage the appointment calendar and sell cosmetics. The right candidate will be passionate about delivering extraordinary service to our customers while effectively managing all aspects of the spa, including scheduling, answering the phone, booking appointments, creating social media content, and maintaining inventory.

Most importantly we are looking for someone who would be willing to learn to pierce ears, this pays commission on top of a competitive base pay.

Your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ear lobe Piercing (no Cartlidge)
  • Consulting on cosmetics and Skin Care
  • Friendly phone presence, and smile while greeting and checking out clients.
  • Book appointments, confirm appointments in digital calendar for spa servcices.
  • Taking inventory for retail products
  • Assist with housekeeping, its a team effort
  • Social media content creator

Requirements for the role:

  • Provide ear piercing service
  • 32-40 Hours per week
  • Strong POS/Digital Calendar management skills

Preferred for the role:

  • Knowledge of Skin Care & Cosmetics
  • Experience piercing ear lobes a MAJOR plus (Not required)
  • Experience managing an online calendar

What to Expect:

  • 5 day work week,
  • Working most weekends, possibly a few late shifts on weekdays (8pm)
  • Dress either black scrubs or business casual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
