Creative Design and Social Media Specialist

Lafayette Interior Fashions is an independent, family-owned company, proudly serving the industry for 75 years. As a leading manufacturer of custom window coverings, we offer a wide selection of blinds, shades, draperies, and more, all custom-crafted in the USA. Being a wholesaler selling to high-end retailers, we are looking for the right individual to join our team.

This position involves the following:

  • Develop and manage content for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design visually compelling graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for performance
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design, social media, and digital marketing

The ideal individual should:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related area of study
  • Be highly proficient in Acrobat Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Have experience with photography and videography
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Be proficient in using Mac or PC
  • Be able to exercise strong attention to detail, have a learning attitude with a sense of urgency, and be an effective communicator in speaking and writing
  • Be organized and have good time-management
