Pay: $ $29.86 per hour Job description: Job Duties -Act as the Design and Construction Technical Representative with ITS. -Interact with D&C staff to understand issues and determine appropriate path for resolution of requests. -Address IT-Related issues that do not require the services of ITS. -Submit appropriate requests on behalf of D&C to ITS via the ticketing management system. To include onboarding and offboarding requests, incident requests, software requests, etc. -Coordinate with requestors to obtain appropriate information, documentation, and approvals. -Monitor progress and status of tickets submitted to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of issues and requests. -Facilitate follow-up communications, as necessary, to ensure completion of requests. -Communicates and coordinates with internal business units and outside agency representatives (e.g., ITS, SFS) necessary for the administration of data systems. -Actively works with the many business units within the D&C to assess IT program needs and requirements. -Identifies opportunities and recommendations to improve system utilization and functionality.
