Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, check IDs, enforce dress code, and perform bag checks when necessary
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued upon arrival
  • Acknowledge reservations, accommodate requests, and relay info to the host stand
  • Monitor guest activity and alert management of unusual behavior
  • Communicate with staff to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Provide personalized service for VIPs and special events
  • Patrol the venue and monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
  • Log incidents, secure lost items, and respond to inquiries
  • Offer accurate directions and venue details when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security, loss prevention, hospitality, customer service, or similar environment enforcing company policy, rules, regulations, etc. preferred.
  • Ability to uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant's luxury standards
  • High attention to detail with the ability to monitor surroundings, crowds, and guests to spot potential disturbances, safety hazards, or unauthorized individuals
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks like rearranging seating, providing support during heavy bottle service presentations, and handling any physical demands that arise
  • Ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, coworkers, and management
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing guest concerns and unexpected issues efficiently
  • Required security certifications
