Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor seasoning equipment to ensure product quality
• Inspect and taste chips to confirm proper seasoning levels
• Adjust seasoning flow rates as needed
• Assemble and tear down seasoning equipment at the start and end of production runs
• Track seasoning usage and maintain accurate daily records in our D365 system
• Safely move skids, boxes, and tubs of product using tow motors and ladders
• Follow allergen and food safety requirements and complete necessary documentation
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to keep equipment and work areas safe and ready for production
• Work as part of a cross-functional team to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with team members and maintenance staff
• General knowledge of cleaning food-handling equipment (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from elevated surfaces when required
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals, water, and hoses while wearing all required PPE
• Strong attention to detail when working with machinery and following food safety requirements
• Basic computer skills to enter data in D365 or other systems (training provided)
• Prior machine operating experience preferred
